• We do not guarantee that any particular job will remain available.
• While we strive for accuracy in the job listings, job descriptions or details may contain errors.
• We may remove, update, or modify job listings without notice.

4. Third-Party Links

• Some job listings may redirect you to external sites to complete an application.
• We are not responsible for the content or security of third-party websites. Use these links at your own discretion.

5. Safe Application Practices

• Be cautious of fraudulent adverts or phishing attempts.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of Kenya.

11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

• Written Notice of Grievance: The aggrieved party shall provide written notice to the other party outlining the grievance and the reasons for the grievance.
• Attempt at Amicable Resolution: Both parties shall each appoint a senior-level representative. These representatives shall meet and attempt to resolve the dispute within 15 days from the date the grievance was issued.
• Arbitration Before Court Action: If the dispute is not resolved within the 15-day window, it shall be referred to a single arbitrator appointed by both parties.
• Appointment of Arbitrator by Court (If Needed): If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within 14 days of deciding to pursue arbitration, either party may apply to a competent court in Kenya to appoint an arbitrator.
• Arbitration Proceedings:
  • The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
  • The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
  • Each party shall bear its own respective arbitration costs.
